Veeqo is an inventory and shipping management platform, now owned by Amazon and free to use for sellers on the Amazon ecosystem. It handles multichannel inventory, shipping label generation and fulfilment-status flows.
Patchworks integrates Veeqo for multichannel inventory sync, sales-order ingest from non-Amazon channels and shipping despatch. The Amazon ownership tilts the product towards Amazon-first sellers; the integration design needs to respect that without flattening the rest of the channel mix.
