Patchworks integration

Cirql Works is a certified Patchworks Partner Agency. Our team works in Patchworks daily, designing and shipping process flows that survive their first peak.

The practice

How we run patchworks integration.

The Patchworks platform sits between commerce systems and their operational dependencies: ERPs, warehouses, marketing platforms, marketplaces and bespoke systems. We design, build, support and own the process flows that move data between them. Patchworks is the surface where most of our delivery work happens, and being a certified Partner Agency is not a logo on a slide; it is what the day-to-day looks like.

Our delivery practice covers the full Patchworks workflow. Scoping the integration shape with the operations and finance teams who will live with it. Mapping the data model. Building the process flows against the connector library. Handling the exceptions and edge cases that come out of testing. Writing the runbook so the on-call engineer knows what to do when a flow fails at three in the morning. We use Patchworks Blueprints as the starting point where one exists for the pattern. We extend Blueprints where the reality of the client's data diverges from the template. We build custom connectors when the marketplace does not have one for the system the client actually runs.

Integrations that have shipped through our practice include sales order flows between Shopify and NetSuite, inventory and price sync between BigCommerce and Sage 200, returns flow handling between Peoplevox and the storefront, marketplace listing and settlement reconciliation against Amazon Seller Central and Mirakl, and PIM-to-channel syndication patterns across Akeneo, Salsify and Plytix. The integration is rarely the headline; the operational reliability that comes from it is.

Once an integration is live, we are usually the team that supports it under SLA. Process flow monitoring, on-call engineers, monthly health checks and the change requests that operations teams build up over time. Support is a service in its own right, but on a Patchworks engagement it tends to be the natural continuation of the delivery rather than a separate procurement exercise. Our intent is that the integrations we ship are still running cleanly two years after launch, with the same team that built them on call when something operationally meaningful happens.
