Deposco is a supply-chain platform covering warehouse management, order management and inventory orchestration across a distributed fulfilment network. It is most often deployed by retailers running multiple warehouses, 3PLs and store-as-warehouse setups simultaneously.
Patchworks integrates Deposco for sales order ingest, allocation feedback, shipment despatch and inventory reconciliation across the fulfilment network. The interesting work is the sourcing logic · which node fulfils which order · and the visibility back to the customer when that decision changes mid-flow.
Distributed fulfilment is where most operations programmes get into trouble. Deposco helps; the integration design has to help further.
