Flexport is a digital freight-forwarding and customs platform, used by retailers and brands that import physical goods at scale and want visibility into their supply chain that conventional forwarders do not provide.
Patchworks integrates Flexport for purchase-order and shipment-status visibility, ETA updates back into the ERP and merchandising systems, and customs documentation flows into finance and compliance. Inbound forecasting against open POs is one of the more useful operational outputs.
Supply-chain visibility is mostly a data-quality problem dressed up as a software problem. Flexport gives you the data; the integration work makes it act on something.
