NetSuite consultancy
NetSuite is a substantial part of our practice. We advise, scope and ship NetSuite engagements end to end, alongside or in place of in-house Oracle teams.
The practice
How we run netsuite consultancy.
Cirql Works has shipped NetSuite work across SuiteScript development, RESTlets, SuiteTalk integrations, SuiteQL queries that finance teams actually run, custom record types, workflow design and the boring-but-critical work of getting record-type choice right at the integration layer. The team works in NetSuite daily, and that depth determines whether a NetSuite engagement ships clean or stalls in record-type debates six weeks in.
The depth shows up in the specifics. When a credit memo should transform into a customer refund versus when it should not. Why an item pricing change can break a SuiteQL query that finance depends on for month-end. The difference between a sales order and a cash sale in revenue recognition for a multichannel retailer. The performance implications of choosing a saved search over a SuiteQL view for high-volume operations. The way SuiteScript 2.1 differs from 2.0 in real-world execution, and when one is the right answer over the other. These are not slide-deck gotchas; they are the daily work of the engagements we ship.
Typical engagements include greenfield NetSuite integrations into a new commerce stack, refactoring an inherited NetSuite integration estate that has accreted over years across multiple vendors, advising on SuiteScript design for in-house engineering teams that want external sign-off on direction before committing to a build, and supporting NetSuite operations under retainer once integrations are live. Multi-subsidiary, multi-currency and multi-warehouse setups are well within scope; we have shipped against all three combined in the same engagement.
The Patchworks integration practice and the NetSuite consultancy practice share a team. That matters operationally when an engagement starts as a NetSuite integration and discovers a Patchworks dimension halfway through, or vice versa. The same engineers are in the room for both, which collapses a meaningful amount of handoff overhead that other agencies turn into separate projects and separate procurement cycles. The same is true for the AI enablement practice when an engagement starts touching agent-assisted work in or around NetSuite.
We are not a NetSuite licence reseller and we are not a generalist NetSuite implementation house. We focus on the integration, SuiteScript and SuiteQL surface where the technical depth determines whether the deployment is reliable. That is the practice we run.

Questions
Common questions.
-
01 Are you a NetSuite partner?
We work in NetSuite daily as the integration agency. We are not a NetSuite licence reseller; we focus on the integration, SuiteScript and SuiteQL surface where the technical depth determines whether the deployment is reliable. -
02 Do you work alongside in-house NetSuite teams?
Yes. Many of our engagements are in support of in-house teams that need integration depth, SuiteScript bandwidth, or external sign-off on architectural direction before committing to a build. -
03 Can you migrate from a different ERP to NetSuite?
We focus on the integration layer of a migration. ERP migration as a whole programme is broader than what we run alone; we are usually one team inside a larger migration with the integration scope as our remit. -
04 What about SuiteScript 2.1 vs SuiteCommerce?
Our work sits on the back-office SuiteScript / SuiteTalk / SuiteQL surface rather than SuiteCommerce storefronts. Where a SuiteCommerce dimension is part of the broader engagement we partner with specialists for the storefront work.
