Patchworks integrates Peoplevox for outbound order release, picking confirmations, despatch notifications and stock-level reconciliation. Inbound goods, restocking and returns flow back in the other direction. The bottleneck on these integrations is usually the despatch acknowledgement: getting it timely enough that customer service and marketing systems have current status.
