Rithum, formerly Channel Advisor, is one of the larger multichannel commerce platforms, with a heritage in marketplace management and a current footprint covering retail media, brand operations and seller programmes.
Patchworks integrates Rithum for product feed publication, inventory and pricing sync, order ingest and settlement reconciliation across the multichannel footprint. Each channel has its own conventions; Rithum surfaces them but does not abolish them, and the integration design has to respect that.
