ChannelEngine is a marketplace aggregator: one API surface, dozens of marketplaces behind it. Retailers list across Amazon, eBay, Bol, Zalando and many smaller channels without having to integrate each marketplace separately.
Patchworks integrates ChannelEngine for product feed publishing, inventory and price sync, order ingestion and dispute handling. The work is in the channel-level customisations: each marketplace has its own attribute requirements, categorisation rules and return policies, and ChannelEngine surfaces these without solving them entirely.
For retailers running on a thin team it is one of the highest-leverage marketplace integrations to get right.
