Amazon Seller Central is the merchant surface on top of Amazon's marketplace and one of the most fee-sensitive, dispute-heavy operational systems any retailer touches. The SP-API is comprehensive and unforgiving: throttled, region-segmented, with quirks that change without ceremony.
Patchworks integrates Seller Central through SP-API for listings, inventory, orders, fulfilment notifications and settlement reports. Typical flows push product feeds from a PIM, sync inventory from a WMS, write order acknowledgements back from the ERP and reconcile settlement against finance. FBA and FBM accounts behave differently and usually need separate flow designs.
The work that adds the most value here is the dispute and reconciliation surface: matching settlement transactions to orders, working out where fees landed, and feeding it back to finance in a shape they can close on.
