The product is opinionated about retail operations and shows its age in places, which is a feature for the operators who know it and a friction point for greenfield projects.
Patchworks integrates Khaos Control for sales-order ingest from ecommerce and marketplace channels, inventory and price sync, purchase-order generation and fulfilment back-flow. The data model takes some getting used to; the upside is that once the integration is shaped right it tends to keep working.
