Fulfillment Tools is a German-built distributed order management platform, recently spun out of REWE Digital, focused on retailers and brands operating store fulfilment, micro-fulfilment and warehouse-as-a-network setups.
Patchworks integrates Fulfillment Tools for order routing, store and warehouse fulfilment confirmations, inventory reconciliation across the fulfilment network and back-flow into ERP and ecommerce. Store-fulfilment in particular benefits from a careful flow design that respects the cadence and constraints of in-store picking.
